Overview
In the Connected Fitness project for Gympass, I was responsible for UX/UI and strategic planning, focusing on creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface that provided a connected and engaging workout experience. Our goal, during a six-month campaign, was to promote and sell innovative fitness equipment such as treadmills, bikes, and personalized training stations, which were new to the Brazilian market. I conducted A/B tests to validate and optimize design choices, ensuring efficient navigation and an improved user experience. The campaign also introduced the possibility for Gympass users to receive discounts on plans and purchases of these connected products. After being validated in Brazil, the project was expanded to the United States, resulting in significant interest and sales increases, along with positive user feedback on the personalization and connectivity offered. I carried out this work while at Canarinho.

We began with extensive market research to understand user needs and preferences, which informed our design and planning strategy. Creating an intuitive and user-friendly interface that showcased the equipment’s unique features was essential. We developed wireframes and prototypes to visualize the user journey and collaborated closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration. A/B testing played a crucial role in validating our design choices, allowing us to compare different versions of key pages and optimize user interactions effectively. Additionally, we faced the challenge of developing the platform using Unbounce, a tool with some limitations, which we overcame with creativity and innovative solutions.
